At Digital Management, Inc. (DMI), Timothy Lescher earned six promotions in nine years, culminating in a vice president title a decade younger than anyone else at his level and essentially becoming the youngest consulting practice lead in company history. He positioned DMI as a thought leader in the insurtech and healthtech domains and improved the operational processes and tools to enhance the sales, delivery, and strategic effectiveness for a $55M consulting portfolio. In his last two- and one-half years at DMI, he developed more than a dozen new go-to-market solutions and consulting frameworks, directly generating $13 million+ in pipeline and $3.3 million in revenue. From start to finish, he shepherded the largest private sector deal in company history, a $14.7 million contract with a Tier 1 global P&C insurer. In addition, his Continuous Strategy framework earned praise from global research and advisory company Gartner, which analysts said made DMI "far more sophisticated than firms 10x its size."

In October 2024, Loescher joined Quantexa as head of insurance solutions for North America. In this role, he shapes ways for insurers to unify and contextualize siloed data to provide a trusted, transparent foundation for AI and other cutting-edge analytics solutions. He leads strategic joint value proposition creation with top partners such as Databricks, Microsoft, and Dun & Bradstreet and he is helping lead the charge in transitioning from "solution portfolio" to "enterprise platform" positioning, enabling deal size to grow by up to 10 times.

Loescher has had multiple industry speaking roles at conferences and on podcasts, and he garnered LinkedIn Community Top Voice Awards for digital transformation, UX design, and product management.
