Vice President Growth Strategy, Planning and Design, Sysco

She didn't know it at the time, but when Lindsay Williams Hirsch attended her first Industrial Roundtable as a freshman, the connection she made with a Procter & Gamble representative would set the stage for a career focused on identifying and responding to customer needs. After completing a P&G summer camp and internships, she began her career at the company as a modeling and simulation analyst, serving as a technical consultant on the Tide Pods global launch.

She earned her Harvard MBA in 2015 and put her new skills to use at McKinsey & Company. In 2020, she used advanced analytics to help a client alleviate supply chain constraints - a win-win for both the client and consumers. Her fast-paced ascension through the consulting ranks culminated in being named associate partner in five years and receiving the North America Consumer Sector Values Champion Award.

In 2021, she joined Sysco and was promoted twice within three years, leading to her current role as vice president of growth strategy, planning and design. She oversees the company's U.S. e-commerce and digital channels, private label brands, and new growth ventures. In 2024, she presented an opportunity to Sysco's board of directors that could potentially generate billions of dollars in sales. After identifying a compelling customer target and business value proposition, the board approved her team to pilot two Houston cash and carry stores, which opened in April and June 2025. She was honored with a spot on the Diversity Woman Magazine's "Power 100" list in 2023 and was featured in the Top 50 Women Leaders of Houston for 2025.
