Nuclear Engineering Undergraduates Awarded Nuclear Regulatory Commission Scholarships

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission awarded scholarships to nine School of Nuclear Engineering undergraduates. Each award is between $8,000 and $30,000 per year for two years.

The objective of the scholarships is to retain, monitor and mentor undergraduate students of high academic ability and performance in the nuclear engineering and radiological health science (health physics) programs so that they graduate to
become career professionals and leaders in the nuclear power
sector and government regulatory bodies for this industry.
