Obtaining real-world experience outside the classroom is just one factor as to what established a well-rounded education. Seniors in the School of Nuclear Engineering receive exactly that during their industry-sponsored senior design class. This year we had seven teams presenting industry sponsored and mentored design projects:

D'Aloia, a native of Centerville, Ohio, who is to receive a Bachelor of Science in nuclear engineering, will be the student responder in the Division VI ceremony. He is one of five graduating seniors to earn the inaugural 2020 Purdue Engineering Fellowship.

This award is presented annually to an outstanding teacher in the Purdue University School of Nuclear Engineering, selected by its student body for excellence in teaching.
