At the recent National Conference of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE), Professor J. Stuart Bolton received INCE’s highest honor, the Distinguished Noise Control Engineer Award. This award has been given only seven times previously in the 45 year history of INCE. Professor Bolton is also the only person to have received both this award and the INCE Outstanding Educator Award.
