Undergraduate program in top two for sixth consecutive year

Edwardson School of Industrial Engineering maintains it's position in the top two in the newly released U.S. News and World Report undergraduate rankings.

 

Purdue's Edwardson School of Industrial Engineering continues to set the standard for excellence, maintaining its position among the nation’s top two programs for the sixth consecutive year. This sustained recognition highlights the strength of Purdue IE’s world-class faculty, innovative research, and transformative student experiences that prepare graduates to lead across industries. Earlier this year the graduate program ascended to the third position in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings for 2026.

With the latest rankings all of the school's ranked programs maintain position of 1-2-3 (Online Master's #1, Undergraduate #2, Graduate #3), the school's best overall position this century.
