Dr. Ginger Bolen joined the Purdue University College of Engineering Graduate Education office in July 2025 and is the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives. She completed her Ph.D. in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has over 15 years of experience in project management, both in academia and industry, as well as expertise in preparing grant applications in support of faculty research. Currently, Ginger focuses on postdoctoral success, grant writing and funding strategies for graduate students, and other special projects in the graduate space.
