Sharing o365 calendars with external people
Process to share calendars with people external to Purdue
(eg: GMail, Purdueforlife.org, etc)
- 
		To share your calendar, follow the steps outlined in: https://support.purdue.edu/goldanswers/438903 Short summary:
		- Go to outlook.office.com and sign in
- Switch to calendar view
- Click the share button
- Add the email address of the person you wish to share with
- Only choice for external people is Reviewer (View all details)
- This generates an email for the recipient to act upon
 
- 
		To view someone else's calendar
		- Go to outlook.office.com and sign in
- Open the email with the invitation
- Click on the big "Accept" button
- This adds the calendar to your view
- The desktop calendar witll reflect this in some time
