The Distinguished Engineering Alumni award "recognizes Purdue engineers who combine technological know-how with creative vision." Mr. Ott and Mr. Roberts will be honored during the DEA convocation on February 23.

Jeff Valley, Forney Hall's maintenance mechanic and building deputy, was honored with Purdue's "One Brick Higher" award for his work and efforts during the construction of the completed $20 million addition and the ongoing $12.75 million renovation to Forney Hall of Chemical Engineering.
