On November 11, 2016, President Mitch Daniels announced that the School of Chemical Engineering at Purdue will become the Charles D. Davidson School of Chemical Engineering. This unique milestone in the history of the School was made possible through a $20 million gift from Charles “Chuck” Davidson (BSChE ‘72) and his wife, Nancy.

Faculty from the School of Chemical Engineering were honored at the Excellence in Research Awards Dinner on Oct. 31, 2016.

Dr. Bryan Boudouris was recently honored with a named professorship in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the School of Chemical Engineering.

Dr. Rajamani "Raj" Gounder was recently honored with a named professorship in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the School of Chemical Engineering.
