Professor Elias Franses ’ “Thermodynamics with Chemical Engineering Applications” textbook was published in August by Cambridge University Press.  This book is intended for chemical engineering and chemistry undergraduate students, to enable them to gain a practical understanding of fundamental thermodynamics concepts and processes.
