Rex Reklaitis, Burton and Kathryn Gedge Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering, is the recipient of the 2010 George Lappin Award, the AIChE National Program Committee Service Award. The Executive Board of the National Program Committee presents this service award "in memory of George Lappin and his long and selfless service on behalf of AIChE and its national and local programming efforts."
