Why did you choose Aeronautics and Astronautics?
I had the chance to build an aircraft when I was in high school. I wanted to learn more about the design aspect of it and make my own airplane and fly it.

Why did you want to be an AAE Ambassador?
I wanted to connect more with the school of aero astro. I enjoy talking to people about aero and I want to do more of it.
Favorite place on campus?
My house.
Favorite class you’ve taken thus far and why?
AAE 334 because aerodynamics really tied a lot of little things I learned throughout aero. I finally could look at an airplane and fully understand why each most major design choices were made.
What is one piece of advice you would give to a potential AAE student?
Time management is key. Do not procrastinate.
Who is someone you look up to in the Aero/Astro industry and why?
Dick Rutan. He built his own airplanes and revolutionized what people thought was possible. He made an airplane that flew all around the world in a single flight.
What motivates you to succeed?
Enjoyment. I really like what I do and I want to excel at it.
What is your ultimate career goal?
I would like to design my own small experimental airplane some day.
What do you like to do when you’re not studying/in the lab or classroom?
I like flying airplanes and playing video games.
Favorite Fun Fact about Purdue?
Amelia Earhart used to teach students how to fly here. She planned her trip and took off from here on her famous flight.
